Welcome to Grit Fit Customs! By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders & Payment
All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of purchase. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or shipment.

2. Turnaround Time
Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of order. These are subject to change based on volume, inventory, or supplier delays. We will notify you if any changes occur.

3. Design Approval
Customers are responsible for approving final designs before production. Once approved, changes cannot be made and we are not liable for design-related errors.

4. Refunds & Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued if an order is canceled before production begins, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

5. Use of Website
You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes or in any way that may harm the business or reputation of Grit Fit Customs.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, designs, and product images, are the property of Grit Fit Customs and may not be used without permission.

7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
